Responsibilities and Duties
- Recruitment end to end
- Sourcing candidates from various Job portals/Social Network based on the our requirements.
- Screening the candidates resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
- Assess knowledge, skills, aptitudes and experience of the applicant.
- Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.
- Good communication – oral and written.
- Ability to research, understand the business process
- Excellent learning skills, and maintaining good relationships with candidates.

Candidates joining on us rolls for the same or multiple clients project within the same payroll month:-

The above is worked on the basis of same payroll month joiners on us rolls successfully for single/multiple client site/location. The actual joining count for a payroll month will be considered for associates sourced by Recruitment Partner only who’ve completed at least 02 payroll cycles or 45-60 days whichever is later as per the joining dates in MNG data.
GST extra as applicable from time to time.
TDS shall be deducted u/s 194 (J) of the Income Tax Act
