Ability to develop both Instructor-led & e-learning courses using effective instructional design methodologies to meet learning goals of the target audience profile in a software product organization.
Proven ability to design role-based learning (maps &) certifications for a supply chain software product organization.
Ability to develop e-learning courses using rapid authoring tools, such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia Studio, Articulate Engage and experience with basic graphic editing.

Masters in English/Mass communication from a premier institution
