Experience in IT Helpdesk – Technical Support.
Should have good Verbal and Written communication skills.
Good Skill with Desktop and Operating system.
Should have good knowledge with desktop applications and settings.
Should be able to troubleshoot OS and applications related issues.
Should be willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
Troubleshoots end-user problem areas remotely, over mail, or via phone.
Will converses (Chat/Email/Phone) with people from North America.
Responsible for troubleshooting desktop applications like MS Office, VPN and many desktop related issues.
SLA driven activity.
