- Finlok is a fintech app that allows users to collect lump sum between friends. We are looking for telecaller executives to assist us in customer queries and sales. The telecaller would need to –
- Troubleshoot issues encountered by users.
- Reach out to the prospects (contact details provided) and explain the product and its benefits
- Follow-up with leads to make them an active user
- Identify user pain points in discussions and provide feedback to product team for product improvement.
The ideal individual would –
- Have good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and knowledge of English
- Be able to grasp basic financial terminology
- Be hard working and process oriented
- Be open to learning and changing track/path at short notice.
